Discussion on the Construction of Three-dimensional Mode for University Library's Learning Atmosphere

学习气氛是发挥高校图书馆服务职能和教育职能,形成协同育人核心机制的保证。通过对高校图书馆学习气氛的界定,分析了高校图书馆学习气氛的功能结构和构建原则,提出了高校图书馆学习气氛构建机制的三维模式,即应用战略管理以构建学习气氛的引领机制,加强核心资源以构建学习气氛的发展机制,优化人文环境以构建学习气氛的支撑机制。

The learning atmosphere is the guarantee to give play to the service function and educational function of university library and to form the collaborative education core mechanism. Through the definition of university library＇s learning atmosphere,this paper analyzes the functional structure and construction principles of university library＇s learning atmosphere, and puts forward a three-dimensional mode for constructing university library＇s learning atmosphere,that is applying the strategic management to to construct the leading mechanism of learning atmosphere,and optimize the human environment to construct the supporting mechanism of learning atmosphere.
