对欧美国家量子信息技术协同创新研究中心的历史使命和运行机制进行了对比研究,剖析了这些协同创新研究中心在发展定位、组织体系、资助格局、资源配置、队伍建设和人才培养等方面的发展模式与特色,为我国协同创新中心实施方案的制定提供了借鉴与启示。

This paper conducts a comparative study on the historical mission and operation mechanism of the collaborative innovation centers for quantum technology in Europe and USA,analyzes the development patterns and characteristics of these collaborative innovation centers in the terms of development orientation,organizational system,fund configuration,resource allocation,team construction,and specialized talent cultivation,etc.,which provide the reference and inspiration for the the formulation of the implementation plans of China＇s collaborative innovation center.
