浅析OA系统在大数据时代的功能

Analysis on the Function of OA(Office Automation)Systems in Big Data Era

OA系统因其具备的知识管理功能现在已被广泛应用于企业、政府、教育等领域。但是,随着大数据时代的来临,传统的OA系统已不能满足用户处理海量数据和信息的需求。简述了传统OA系统的发展历程,分析了其功能的局限性,讨论了OA系统在大数据时代的功能。

OA system has widely been used in enterprise,government,and education,etc. at present because of its knowledge management functions. But,with the coming of the era of big data,the traditional OA system can no longer satisfy user＇s need to deal with the large mount data and information. This paper briefly expounds the development history of traditional OA system,analyzes the limitations of its function,and talks about the functions of OA systems in the big data era.
