“十一五”以来山西省省部属自然研发机构科技活动分析

Analysis on the Sci-tech Activities of Provincial & Ministerial Natural R&D Institutions in Shanxi Province

对2005—2013年期间山西省省部属自然研发机构的科技经费、科技人员和科技产出等情况进行了统计分析,发现"十一五"以来,山西省省部属自然研发机构的科技投入和产出大幅度增长,科研能力不断提高,并提出了相应的政策建议。

This paper makes a statistical analysis on the scientific research funds, sci-tech personnel, and sci-tech output,etc. of provincial ministerial natural RD institutions of Shanxi Province in the period of 2005—2013, and finds that the scitech input and output of Shanxi＇s provincial ministerial natural RD institutions grow significantly and the scientific research ability of these institutions are improved continually, and puts forward some corresponding policies and suggestions.
