阐述了建设区域图书馆联盟的意义,介绍了国内图书馆联盟及大庆地区图书馆的发展现状,提出了建设大庆市区域图书馆联盟的具体措施。
This paper expounds the significance of constructing the Regional Library Alliance, introduces the development status of library alliance in China and regional library alliance in Daqing City, and puts forward some concrete measures for the construction of regional library alliance in Daqing City.
