摘要
在多年《农业生态学》课程教学的基础上,进行了以培养综合素质为核心、创新能力为主线,立足多元化教学主体,灵活运用多元化教学模式,即时互动以提高教学质量的"创新型多元互动教学模式"的教学改革。对《农业生态学》课程的教学改革可归纳为:(1)教学内容紧跟学科发展前沿和生产实践;(2)基于教学主体多元化的多元教学模式的灵活选择;(3)开设《农业生态学》综合大实验和田间综合训练,强化学生动手能力;(4)生态学理论知识与农业生态实践的合理平衡;(5)设置多种交流平台,方便学生随时与教师互动。教改问卷调查结果表明,该教学改革法是适用于生态学和农学类专业学生的《农业生态学》课程教学较为成功的方法。
An innovative multiple interactive teaching mode focusing on comprehensive quality and innovation ability training is proposed on the basis of many years of teaching practice in Agroecology. This teaching reform mode is student-oriented and emphasizes pluralistic main body. In order to improve the quality of education, diversified teaching model, flexible teaching methods and immediate interaction between the teachers and students have been widely applied. Firstly, the background and the general idea of this reform were introduced in this paper. Then, the practical application of this reform in Agroecology was described in detail. The main points of this reform mode could be concluded as follows.(1) It continuously enriches the teaching contents which tail to the development of frontier disciplines and production practice.(2) It uses diverse teaching methods based on the pluralistic main body.(3) Some designed and integrative experiment and specialty comprehensive training in the fields are established with the focus of strengthening the students’ practice ability.(4) A reasonable balance is formed between the ecological theory and agro-ecology practice.(5) Many kinds of communication platform have been supplied to give support to teachers and students’ real-time teaching and communicating. The practice showed that the good teaching effects have been obtained. It indicated that this teaching reform which applied to the students of ecology and agronomy majors in Agroecology is successful.
