摘要
介绍了铝钙合金作为现代炼钢钢液深脱氧剂及钢中夹杂物变性的处理剂的现有工业制取方法:掺兑法、熔盐电解法和试验室制取方法的铝还原氧化钙法,并探讨了试验室制取方法转化为工业化生产的可行性,对铝钙合金的生产具有一定的指导和参考意义。
This paper introduces the existing industrial manufacturing methods of calcium aluminum alloy which plays a role as treating agent in molten steel deep deoxidation and denatured oreign substance. The methods include mixed method, fused salt electrolysis process and aluminum reduction calcium process. It also studies the feasibility of laboratory manufacture translate into industrial production. The calcium aluminum alloy production has a certain guidance and reference significance.
