摘要
为高效利用能源,文章以高耗能的铁合金矿热炉为研究对象,对无功补偿技术进行了论述。针对某公司电炉二次低压补偿投入前后的数据对比,从功率因数提高的角度出发,对低压补偿在矿热炉上的应用带来的实际效果进行分析,阐明了二次低压侧无功补偿在铁合金企业增产、节能、降耗方面具有重要意义。
In order to efficiently use energy, based on energy-intensive ferroalloy submerged arc furnace as research ob-ject, it explains and discusses the reactive power compensation technology. Aiming at the data contrast after putting into secondary reactive power compensation on the furnace of a company. Low voltage compensation on the submerged arc furnace with the actual effect is analyzed base on power factor factor. It also expounds the significance of secondary low pressure reactive power compensation in increase production, energy conservation and consumption reduction of ferroalloy enterprises.
