摘要
实验研究了C-8菌株对渗滤液中六价铬的吸附行为。实验结果表明:C-8菌株在温度为30℃、摇床转速为160 r/min、吸附时间为200 min、溶液pH值为6.0等条件下,对渗滤液中的六价铬具有较高的吸附率。实际废水处理结果表明,对六价铬的吸附率达到80.1%,其他金属离子经吸附后可达标排放。
The experiment studies the absorption of C-8 bacterial strains for hexavalent chromium in leachate. The re-sult demonstrates that C-8 strains have higher absorption rate for hexavalent chromium in leachate under such circum-stances: C-8 strains temperature is 30 ℃, rotating speed of shaking table is 160 r/min, adsorption time is 200 min, and solution pH is 6.0. The actual waste water treatment result reveals that the absorption rate for hexavalent chromium reaches 80.1%, other metal ions can reach the standard and discharge after absorption.
