摘要
为提高平台类电子装备系统结构设计和仿真水平,文中以某机载平台电子装备为例,提出了一种基于平台的电子装备结构自底向上的系统级建模思路。以ANSYS软件为例,介绍了电子装备系统结构有限元建模思路,以及建模过程中有关单元类型选择、装配方式处理、隔振器模拟、边界条件和载荷处理等方面的具体技术细节。依据此方法建立的某电子装备系统结构有限元模型经试验验证合理可行,为进一步的电子装备系统级仿真分析奠定了基础,对开展电子装备系统研制有重要意义。
In order to enhance the structure design and simulation level of platform based electronic equipment system, this paper uses an airborne electronic equipment as example and proposes a bottom-up system-level structure modeling idea for platform-based electronic equipment. Taking ANSYS as an example, it introduces the finite element structure modeling idea for electronic equipment system, and the technology details of appro- priate element type selection, assembly form processing, vibration isolator simulation, boundary condition and loading condition processing, etc. The finite element structure model of an electronic equipment built by this method is verified as reasonable and feasible through experiment. It lays the foundation for further system-level simulation analysis of electronic equipment , and is significant for the research and development of electronic equipment system.
