广纸PM5顶网纸机生产的新闻纸亮度两面差的工艺分析

Technological Analysis for the Two Side Brightness Differences of Newsprint Produced at Guangzhou Paper PM5 with Top Wire

本文就顶网纸机生产的新闻纸亮度两面差大的问题,经过详细的生产工艺分析、数据统计、研究、论证后,得出问题根源在于网部纸幅细小纤维Z向分布差异大,这是由顶网结构决定网部纸幅两面脱水不均造成,亮度最低的细小纤维分布在纸幅正面占多数,从而引起成纸亮度正面低、反面高的较大差异。针对此现象,文中提出一些改进措施。

The problem of two - side brightness difference occured from on - top former was investigated through a- nalysis of process as well as statistic data. The reason was uneven Z - direction distribuion of fine with lower bright- ness was gathered on top side of paper. This article introduced some ways of improvement.
