摘要 由N-六羟甲基氨基环三磷腈(HHMAPT)和甲醚化三聚氰胺甲醛树脂(HMMM)复合的阻燃剂制备的阻燃纸不仅具有良好的阻燃性,而且具有良好的耐水性和强度。当HHMAPT和HMMM的添加量分别为6%和10%时,水洗过的纸样的氧极限指数(LOI)仍高达33.5%,为难燃级别,同时垂直燃烧实验的续焰时间和灼燃时间分别为4.8s和0s,平均炭化长度为12mm,其阻燃级别仍为合格。和原纸相比,水洗后的纸撕裂强度和抗张强度有明显提高,而耐折强度略有降低。 The paper composited with hexahydroxymethyl amino cyclotriphosphazene (HHMAFF) and hexamethoxy- methylmelamine resin (HMMM) not only has good flame retardant properties, but also has strong water resistance and strength. When the dosage of HHMAPT and HMMM is up to 6% and 10% respectively, the limited oxygen in- dex (LOI) of the washed paper is up to 33.5% and at the level of flame retardant. Meanwhile, afterflame time and ignition time are 4.8s and Os respectively, and the average carbonized length is 12 mm through the vertical burn test, so the level of flame retardant is still qualified. Compared with original paper, the washed paper has higher tensile strength and tear strength, but slightly lower folding strength.
