淀粉-硬脂酸钠改性GCC填料的应用 被引量:3

摘要 针对造纸常用填料研磨碳酸钙(GCC)加填时纸张强度严重下降的问题,利用淀粉-硬脂酸反应形成复合物包覆在GCC表面的方法对其表面改性。通过手抄片,对比分析未改性GCC填料在留着率和相同灰分下对纸张物理强度的提高。结果表明:在相同CPAM用量下和相同的加填量下,改性GCC加填较未改性GCC加填有着更高的留着率;加填量为25%时,改性GCC留着率(65.21%)较未改性GCC留着率(55.58%)提高了9.63个百分点;在40%的加填量下,改性GCC分别能提高撕裂指数19%,抗张指数13%,耐破指数23%;相同强度指标下,较未改性GCC加填,100%淀粉用量改性GCC加填能提高灰分含量约6%10%。 When fillers, GCC, was added to paper, its strength declined seriously. The surface of GCC was modified by starch - sodium stearate complexes. The handsheets filled with modifed GCC or unmodifed GCC were made. The promotation in retention and physical properity strength was studied. The results showed that the paper filled with modifed GCC gained higher retention rate at the same amount of CPAM and filler. Retention rate of modifed GCC (65.21%) improved 9.63% than that of unmodifed GCC (55.58%), as the dosage of filler was 25%. When the dosage of modifed GCC was 40%, the improvements of tear index, tensile index and burst index were 19%, 13% and 23%. At the same strength index, ash content of modifed GCC with 100% starch increaded 6% - 10%.
