摘要
以氧化木薯淀粉为主链,甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯为功能单体,选用过硫酸铵/亚硫酸钠氧化还原体系为引发剂,聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚为乳化剂,采用乳液聚合法使甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯与氧化木薯淀粉发生接枝共聚反应,合成淀粉基纸张防油剂,并通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)、扫描电镜(SEM)对所合成产物进行表征;通过防油等级测试研究了引发剂、乳化剂、功能单体用量等对产物施胶后纸张防油效果的影响。结果表明,本研究所合成的产物为氧化木薯淀粉/甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯接枝共聚物;引发剂、乳化剂及功能单体用量对产物使用效果影响很大,当氧化淀粉的用量固定为10g时,引发剂、乳化剂和功能单体用量分别为0.02g、0.18g和5g时,其产物施胶后纸张防油效果最好,达到8级。
The starch based greaseproof agent was synthesized through emulsion polymerization by using oxidized cassava starch as backbone, dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate as functional monomer, persulfate/sodium sulphite redox system as initiator and polyethylene glycol octylphenol ether as emulsifier. Furthermore, the structure and property of fluorine containing modified starch co - polymers were characterized by using Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FFIR) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The influence of the amounts of initiator, emulsifi- er and functional monomer on the greaseproof properties of the sizing paper were study by oil level test. The results showed that the synthesized product was oxidized cassava starch/dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate grafted co - poly- mer; the amounts of initiator, emulsifier and monomer have an obvious effect on the products. Initiator, emulsifier and functional monomer were 0.02g,0.18g and 5 g, when oxidized starch was lOg, paper' s oil -proof ability was best and up to level 8.
