摘要
简要介绍了热泵节能机理,设计了一套基于S7-300PLC的国产高速卫生纸机蒸汽冷凝水系统,阐述了具体的控制方案和控制算法,主要包括吹贯控制、热泵开度的低选控制、闪蒸罐液位连锁控制等。实际应用效果证明本方案的有效性与可行性。
After briefly introducing the energy - saving mechanism of steam - driven jet heat pump, a SIMATIC S7 -300 PLC based steam ＆ condensate control system for Chinese high speed tissue paper machines is designed. The control scheme and particular control algorithms employed are illustrated which mainly include blow -through steam control, low - point selection control for heat pump actuator, level interlocking control system for flash tank. The application result indicates that the scheme proposed is feasible and effective.
