摘要
本文研究了ZDPS新型中浓液压双盘磨在蔗渣浆中的生产应用效果。与传统低浓打浆相比,该新型盘磨机中浓打浆具有更好的保留纤维长度、内外细纤维化能力,纸页的物理强度指标提高15%以上,实现了定压打浆功能,能耗节省超过20%。
This paper studied the production application of ZDPS medium consistency hydraulic twin refiner on ba- gasse pulp. Application showed that the refiner won the further actions of fibrillation on the fibers, medium consis- tency refining can save fiber length and self - strength of refined pulps better. Compared with the traditional low consistency refining, paper strength indexes of ZDPS Twin refiner medium consistency refining can improve 15% , energy consumption can drop 20%
