四种植物材料离体培养条件下的耐盐性比较 被引量:4

Comparison on salt-tolerance of four plant species by isolated culture

摘要 以紫薇、风箱树、盐桦和鞑靼忍冬4种植物组培苗茎段为材料,培养基中附加不同浓度 NaCl 胁迫,根据生长指标和 Na+、K+离子分布及含量的变化对其耐盐性进行比较.结果表明:NaCl 胁迫对4种材料组培苗生物产量均有显著影响,除鞑靼忍冬外,其他均表现为低盐浓度(0.1%~0.3%)促进生长,高盐浓度(≥0.6%)植物生长受到明显抑制,根据相对生物量的变化可知,4种材料忍耐 NaCl胁迫能力的大小顺序为盐桦〉紫薇〉风箱树〉鞑靼忍冬;4种材料的 Na+含量随着 NaCl浓度的增大迅速升高,且不同材料的不同组织中升高幅度不同,根中 Na+含量较多,除盐桦外,其他材料叶片中 Na+含量较少;相反,随着 NaCl 浓度的增大,K+的含量逐渐减小;RSK、Na值表明,紫薇和盐桦对K+运输的选择性较高,而风箱树和鞑靼忍冬则较低. Tube plantlets isolated culture of Lagerstroemia indica,Cephalanthus occidentalis,Betula holophila and Lonicera tatarica,were used to compare their salt-tolerance according to the changes of growth index,distribution and concentration of Na+ and K+ under different concentration of NaCl stress. The results showed that the four kinds of biomass were significantly influenced under the NaCl stress,in addition to L.tatarica,others showed that plant growth was promoted at lower concentration of NaCl (0. 1%~0.3%).The plant growth were significantly inhibited when the concentration of NaCl reached 0.6%.Ac-cording to the changes of relative biomass,the order of salt-tolerance four kinds of species was B.holophila〉L.in-dica〉C.occidentalis〉L.tatarica.Na+ content of the four kinds of plants increased rapidly with the concentration increase of NaCl;however,the different contents were found in different tissues.The roots contained the highest Na+,in addition to B.holophila,the leaves in other plants contained lowest Na+.Conversely,K+ content gradually decreased with the concentration increase of NaCl.RSK,Na showed that L.indica and B.holophila had a higher se-lectivity of K+ absorption,and followed by L.tatarica and C.occidentalis.
