沙生植物长柄扁桃油生物柴油的台架试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 沙生植物长柄扁桃是一种新型的木本油料植物,可作为生物质能源树种,其种仁油可用于制备生物柴油。以0#柴油为对比燃油,通过长柄扁桃油生物柴油B100及混合燃料B5的台架试验,研究其排放性、动力性和经济性。结果表明,与0#柴油相比,长柄扁桃油生物柴油B100的排放性能优异,自由加速烟度下降23.8%,外特性功率和扭矩略有下降,燃油消耗稍有增加,增加幅度为11.4~15.8%;混合燃料B5的排放性能略有下降,但外特性功率和扭矩均增加4.9%,且燃油消耗基本不变。掺混适量长柄扁桃油生物柴油对0#柴油的排放性、动力性和燃油经济性具有一定的改善作用。 The desert plant Amygdalus pcdunculata pall is a new type of woody oil plants. It can be used as biomass species and its seed oil can be used for producing biodiesel. The exhaust emission, power performance and fuel economy of Amygdalus pcdunculata pall oil biodiesel B100 and B5 blended biodiesel were tested and compared to 0# diesel by bench test. The results show that, compared with 0# diesel, the dynamic external characteristics of Amygdalus pcdunculata pall oil biodiesel B100 is slightly lower, the specific fuel comsuption is slightly higher and the rate of increase was 11.4 - 15.8%. But it has excellent emission performance and free acceleration smoke declined by 23.8%. The exhaust emission of B5 blended biodiesel is slightly lower, external characteristics of power and torque increased by 4. 9% and the specific fuel comsuption is almost the same. Mixing appropriate Amygdalus pcdunculata pall oil biodiesel can improve the performance emission characteristics, dynamic external characteristics and fuel economy of 0# diesel oil.
