杜仲对运动疲劳大鼠肾脏的保护作用研究 被引量:4

摘要 探讨杜仲提取物对运动疲劳大鼠肾脏组织的保护作用以及对相关生理生化指标的影响。建立运动疲劳动物模型,测试与大鼠肾脏组织抗氧化水平相关的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性,丙二醛(MDA)、还原性谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量等系列指标;测试表征肾脏结构与功能相关的尿液总蛋白(TP)、尿液白蛋白(Alb)、尿液β2-微球蛋白(β2-MC)含量。与安静对照组比较,运动对照组SOD,GSH-Px,CAT活性及GSH含量下降,总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)降低,MDA含量上升(P<0.05或P<0.01);与安静对照组比较,运动对照组TP,Alb和β2-MC含量升高(P<0.01)。服用杜仲提取物组大鼠力竭运动后肾脏组织SOD,GSH-Px,CAT酶活性显著高于运动对照组(P<0.05/P<0.01);肾脏组织GSH含量显著高于运动对照组(P<0.05),总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)提高,MDA含量显著低于运动对照组(P<0.05);TP,Alb和β2-MC含量低于运动对照组(P<0.05)。杜仲提取物可以改善长时间大强度耐力运动中肾脏组织的氧化应激水平,保护肾脏组织抗氧酶活性,维持运动训练大鼠肾脏组织结构和功能,降低尿蛋白含量,提高大鼠抗疲劳能力。 To study the protective affect of Eucommia ulmoides extract on the kidney tissue in exercise training rats and the physiological and biochemical indicators. Animal models of sports training is established to, test rats shares of kidney tissue superoxide dismutase ( SOD), catalase ( CAT), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity, malondialdehyde (MDA), reduced glutathione (GSH), and renal tissue antioxidant levels related to a series of indicators, test characterization of the kidney urine protein structure and iunction. Compared with the quiet control group, in movement control group, SOD, GSH-Px, CAT activity and GSH content decreased total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) and the content of MDA increased (P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01 ) ; and in move- ment control group, TP, Alb and ff2-MC levels increased (P 〈 0.01 ). In taking Eucommia extract group, af- ter kidney tissue exhaustive exercise in rats, SOD, GSH-Px, CAT activity were significantly higher than that of the movement of the control group (P 〈 0.05/P 〈 0.01 ) ; kidney GSH content was significantly higher than the movement of the control group (P 〈 0.05), total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) improved, the content of MDA significantly was lower than the movement of the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). TP, Alb and/T2-MC were lower than the movement of the control group ( P 〈 0.05) ; Eucommia extract can improve kidney tissue oxidative stress levels in the long high-intensity endurance exercise, protect kidney tissue antioxidant enzyme activity, maintain the structure and function of rat kidney tissue of exercise training, reduce urinary protein content, improve fatigue resistance in rats.
