摘要
PLC通常与上位机之间的通信物理层标准一般都采用RS-232或RS-485串行接口,比特率和通讯距离有严格的限制,难以满足通信距离远、数据量大,实时性要求高的控制系统。采用工业以太网通信协议能够更实时有效的实现数据传输和响应,本文主要介绍了欧姆龙NJ301可编程控制器与上位机之间的EtherNet/IP(简称EIP)网络构建及通信测试。
