首次化疗恶性肿瘤患者心理体验的质性研究

The Qualitative Research of the first Chemotherapy with Malignant Tumor Real Experience

目的了解首次化疗的恶性肿瘤患者真实心理体验,以便为肿瘤患者提供更人性化的服务,提高患者对护理工作的满意度。方法采用质性研究中的现象学方法,对10例恶性肿瘤的首次化疗患者进行深度访谈,并对资料进行整理和分析。结果归纳出患者在首次化疗中心理体验的主题有:(1)化疗前,焦虑与绝望;恐惧与疑虑;渴求信息。(2)化疗后。生活质量下降;自我价值感下降;面对与接受。结论恶性肿瘤患者化疗期间经历了艰难的心理历程,在化疗前期渴求化疗相关信息,良好的社会和家庭支持能提高患者对化疗依从性,减轻化疗不良反应。

Objective Understand the chemotherapy of malignant tumor patients for the first time the real experience, to provide more personalized service for cancer patients, improve patients＂ satisfaction of nursing work. Methods By using the method of qualitative research of phenomenology of 10 with rare malignant tumor chemotherapy patients for the first time for in--depth interviews, and the data collection and analysis. Results Summed up in the first chemotherapy in patients with psychological experience of the subject （1）Before chemotherapy, anxiety and despair; Your doubts and fears; Thirst for information （2） After chemotherapy; the lower quality of life; Self--worth; Face and accept. Conclusion Patients with malignant tumor during chemotherapy experienced difficult psychological course, in the early stage of the chemotherapy for chemotherapy relevant information, good social and family support can improve patients＇ compliance to chemotherapy, reduce the adverse reaction of chemotherapy.
