拉贝洛尔与硝酸甘油治疗高血压急症212例临床对比研究

Clinical analysis of 212 cases of labetalol and nitroglycerin treatment of hypertensive emergency

目的了解拉贝洛尔与硝酸甘油治疗高血压急症的临床疗效及不良反应。方法回顾性分析2010年1月～2013年6月急诊抢救室收治的212例使用拉贝洛尔与硝酸甘油治疗高血压急症患者的临床资料，观察拉贝洛尔及硝酸甘油在治疗以后不同时间点的血压变化以及不良反应，评估拉贝地尔的疗效和安全性。结果拉贝洛尔与硝酸甘油在降血压方面无明显统计学差异，但不良反应方面拉贝洛尔较硝酸甘油少，有统计学差异。结论拉贝洛尔治疗高血压急症的降压效果好，降压平稳，副作用发生少，临床上更易优先选用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and side effect of labetalol and nitroglycerin treatment of hypertensive emergencies. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 212 cases of labetalol and nitroglycerin treatment of hypertensive in emergency room in between January 2010 and June 2013. Observation was made on their blood pressure changes of labetalol and nitroglycerin in treatment at different time points and adverse reaction, as well as the evaluation on efficacy and safety of Labeidier. Results No statistical difference was found in treating high blood pressure but with less adverse effects of labetalol than nitroglycerin, with a significant difference. Conclusion Labetalol is considered being effective in treating hypertensive with less side effect, and recommended for clinical use.
