摘要 采用球磨工艺,对球状羰基铁粉进行了片状化处理。系统研究了球磨时间、球磨机转速对羰基铁粉电磁参数影响的规律。结果表明:通过球磨工艺,可以将含碳量较高的羰基铁原始粉变为片状;片厚度取决于球磨时间,时间越长,则片越薄;介电常数实部ε'和虚部ε''都随着研磨时间的增加而增加,并呈现加速增长的趋势;当片状化完成后,进一步减少片厚度,并不能使磁导率及其频散特性进一步提高;转速对羰基铁粉电磁参数的影响呈现与研磨时间相似的规律,对介电常数的影响远大于对磁导率的影响。 Ball milling process was applied to make spherical carbonyl iron powder flaked. The effects of milling time and rotating speed on the electromagnetic characteristics were systematically studied. The original spherical earbonyl iron powder with high carbon content could he changed to flake by ball milling. The thickness of the iron flake depends on the milling time, the longer the thinner. With the increment of milling time, the complex permeability and permittivity increased. When fully flaked, further decrement of the flakes cannot bring the increment of permeability and its dispersion. The effects of milling speed on the electromagnetic parameters have the same rule as milling time, and the effects on the permittivity are greater than that of permeability.
