论我国环境警察制度创建的现实困境与模式选择

建立我国环境警察制度,强化环境监察力度,运用警察权对环境污染进行全方位的规制,有利于环境保护工作在短时间内取得质的飞跃。但是我国现阶段在相关法律文件中还没有规定环境警察制度,在理论研究中成果亦不丰富,导致环境警察制度的确立面临较为严峻的现实困境。在具体的环境执法和环境司法实践中,已经出现了一些有益的探索,环境警察制度创立模式具有多样性。

But at present stage in our country, related legal documents has not specified environmental police system, and achievement in theory is not rich, so the establishment of environmental police system in the current is more severe. In the specific environmental law enforcement and judicial practice, some beneficial explorations have emerged, the created mode of environmental police system are diversity.
