高效悬浮酸在马五1储层的研究及应用

摘要 通过对马五1水平井岩心的分析,发现其含有大量的Si O2、Ca Si O3·H2O、Ca Mg2Cl·(H2O)12、Ca Al2O5等黏土矿物,其酸压后易导致酸渣沉积堵塞溶蚀孔道,影响酸化效果。在酸压用常规酸液中加入混悬剂(实验室合成)和分散剂(1831),研发出一种新型高效悬浮酸。实验结果表明,该悬浮酸可大大降低酸渣粒度,防止其絮凝抱团。悬浮酸残酸液可将酸渣稳定悬浮4 h而不沉淀和絮凝,并且该残酸液黏度较小,有利于酸压后返排。该悬浮酸添加剂与其它酸化助剂(缓蚀剂、铁离子稳定剂、助排剂等)配伍性良好,目前已在姬塬长9储层成功酸化11口井,增产效果明显,出水率下降,说明该体系适合用于姬塬长9储层酸化改造。 Through the analysis of nature core in mawul horizontal well,it contains large amounts of SiO2,CaSiO3 · H2O,CaMg2Cl · (H2O) 12,CaAl2Os clay mineral,it's easy to lead to acid sludge deposit and block up the corrosion hole after acid fracture.Suspension agent (laboratory synthesis) and dispersant (1831) were added to conventional acid that developed a new kind of efficient suspended acid.The experimental results show that the suspended acid can greatly reduce the sludge particle size and prevent its flocculation.Suspended acid reacted acid can keep acid sludge suspending 4 h without precipitating and flocculating,and the reacted acid viscosity is smaller that benefit the flowback after acid fracturing.The suspension acid additives have good compatibility with other acid additives (corrosion inhibitor and Fe stabilizer,cleanup additive,etc.)
