摘要
大型水力压裂技术是页岩气开发的核心技术之一,该技术使页岩储层形成复杂的网状裂缝,达到改造体积的目的。从我国页岩储层特征出发,在对国内页岩气压裂井施工技术等方面进行调研的基础上,结合现场施工实践经验,提出页岩气压裂施工中需要解决的关键难点。从断裂动力学角度对页岩气压裂缝网形成机理进行分析,并在此基础上,提出解决压裂施工过程中问题的方法,即适合于我国页岩气压裂施工设计的一般性原则。根据国内某口页岩气压裂井相关资料,结合研究内容,设计合理施工泵序,并利用专业页岩气压裂设计软件进行验证。
Massive hydraulic fracturing has become one of the key technology in the development of shale gas,which can form complex fracture net and achieve the purpose of stimulated reservoir volume (SRV) in the shale reservoir.Proceed from the geologic characteristics of shale gas reservoir the key issue of fracturing operation on the operational design and procedure were raised in this paper,based on the research and field practice of fracturing operation.The mechanism of fracture net was analyzed from the angle of fracture dynamics,and the general principles and related theory were established in this paper to solve the difficulties in the fracturing operation,which appropriate to the domestic terrestrial shale gas reservoir.Through the study of this paper,reasonable procedure of shale reservoir fracturing was designed and verified by numerical simulation software in this paper,according to the relevant information of a domestic shale gas fracturing well.
