摘要
介绍国内外首套渣油加氢工程化技术的特点及后续的技术改进。还介绍了待工程化的渣油加氢技术现状,分析我国渣油加氢技术工程化与国外渣油加氢技术工程化的差距,探讨了充分利用我国已有渣油加氢装置潜力的途径,指出我国渣油加氢技术工程化的发展方向:(1)开发活动床渣油加氢工程技术,提高资源利用率;(2)开发切换床(或活动床)与固定床结合的渣油加氢工程技术,延长固定床渣油加氢装置运转周期;(3)开发大型化渣油加氢工程技术,提高投资效率;(4)开发活动床渣油加氢与固定床减压馏分油加氢裂化一体化工程技术,提高重油转化率;(5)开发活动床渣油加氢裂化与固定床馏分油加氢精制一体化工程技术,生产清洁燃料调合组分。
The characteristics of engineering technologies of first residue hydrotreating processes both in China and abroad and technical status of residue hydrotreating technologies to be engineered are introduced. The technical gap between the engineering technologies of Chinese residue hydrotreating processes and those of overseas residue hydrotreating processes is analyzed, and ways to fully utilize the existing residue hydrotreating units in China are studied. The orientations of engineering technology development of Chinese residue hydrotreating processes are recommended : ( 1 ) development of engineering technologies for moving-bed residue hy- drotreating process to improve the utilization of resources ; (2) development of engineering technologies for in- tegrated switch-bed (or moving-bed) and fixed-bed residue hydrotreating processes to extend the operating cy- cle of the fixed-bed unit ; (3) development of engineering technologies for large residue hydrotreating units to improve the efficiency of capital investment; (4) development of engineering technologies for integrated moving-bed residue hydrotreating and fixed-bed VGO hydrocracking processes to increase the conversion of heavy oil; (5) development of engineering technologies for int hydrofining processes to produce the blending component egrated residue hydrocracking and fixed-bed gas oil for clean fuel.
