陕甘分闱首倡者略考

A Study on the Initiator of Advocating Shan-gan-fen-wei

早在一百多年前的乾隆时代,当时的西北官员当中,就有两人两度提出陕甘分闱的建议,自乾隆四年到乾隆十二年,时任川陕总督鄂弥达和陕西学政胡中藻两次提出陕甘分闱之建议,皆为军机处和乾隆帝所否决,陕甘分闱遂不能行。因此,从现有资料来看,陕甘分闱的首倡者应是乾隆四年时任川陕总督鄂弥达。

As early as more than a hundred years ago in the Qianlong period, northwest officials at that time, there are two persons put forward the suggest of Shan-Gan-Fen-Wei twice. From four years to twenty years of QianLong, Emida who governor Sichuan and Shanxi, and Shanxi Xuezheng HU Zhong-zao also put forward the suggest, while all was rejected by military and Qianlong. Thus, the suggest was not implemented. From the existing data, the initiator of this proposal is the governor of Sichuan and Shanxi Emida, in Qianlong four years.
