摘要
目的:观察健脾化瘀利水方治乙肝后肝硬化腹水的临床疗效。方法:选取近4年在我院住院的乙肝后肝硬化腹水患者220例,随机分成对照组(n=110)和治疗组(n=110)。对照组采用西药常规对症治疗,如利尿、护肝、降酶及抗病毒等治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上加服健脾化瘀利水方治疗。以4周为1个疗程,统计分析。结果:治疗组总有效率为95.45%,对照组总有效率为86.36%,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组对患者症状、肝功能改善效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健脾化瘀利水方治疗乙肝后肝硬化腹水疗效肯定,值得推广和进一步研究。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Jianpi Huayu Lishui formula treating ascites due to cirrhosis after hepatitis B.Methods： Two hundred and twenty liver cirrhosis patients with ascites treated in our hospital in recent 4 years were selected and randomly divided into control group（ n = 110） and treatment group（ n = 110）. The control group used conventional western medicine treatment,such as diuretic,protecting liver,reducing enzyme and antiviral treatment; patients in the treatment group were given extra treatment of Jianpi Huayu Lishui decoction. One course of treatment was 4 weeks. Statistical analysis was conducted. Results： The total effective rate in the treatment group and control group showed significant differences（ P〈0. 05）,and the improvement of symptoms and liver function were better in the treatment group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Jianpi Huayu Lishui Decoction treating liver cirrhosis ascites shows definite therapeutic effect,and it is worthy of further study and application.
