46例小儿特发性血小板减少性紫癜的免疫指标测定与研究

Immune index of 46 cases of children with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura:measurement and research

目的测定与分析研究小儿特发性血小板减少性紫癜的免疫指标改变情况。方法用放射免疫法测定血小板相关免疫球蛋白,用W-L快速免疫消浊比浊法测定患儿血清Ig A、Ig G、Ig M,用ELISA法测定血清IL-2、IL-6和sl L-2R,用碱性磷酸酶-抗碱性磷酸酶桥联酶染色法测定T淋巴细胞亚群。结果试验组与对照组相比,血小板相关免疫球蛋白含量升高,Ig A和Ig M含量上升,IL-2、IL-6和sl L-2R含量上升,T淋巴细胞亚群比值改变。结论小儿特发性血小板减少性紫癜的免疫指标有多项显著改变。

Objective To measure and analyze immune parameters changes of children with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura.Method Radioimmunoassay was used for the determination of platelet-associated immunoglobulin.W-L rapid elimination of immune serum turbidity was used for the measurement of IgA,IgG,IgM.ELISA was used for detection of serum IL-2,IL-6 and slL-2R.Alkaline phosphatase-anti-alkaline phosphatase staining assay was used for the determination of T lymphocyte subsets.Results Compared with the control group,in test group,levels of platelet-associated immunoglobulin elevated; IgA,and IgM raised; IL-2,IL-6 and slL-2R also raised; T lymphocyte subsets ratio changed.Conclusion In idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura,there are a number of immune parameters changed significantly.
