摘要
目的探讨木芙蓉叶提取液、紫花地丁提取液、藤黄提取液及3种中药混合提取液的体外抑菌效果。方法制备3种中草药提取液,采用琼脂碟片扩散法定性检测中草药对金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌和溶血链球菌的抑菌活性,然后通过2倍稀释法定量检测其最小抑菌浓度。结果 3种中草药提取液对金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、溶血链球菌均有抑菌性,金黄色葡萄球菌对木芙蓉叶提取液和藤黄提取液敏感,铜绿假单胞菌和溶血链球菌对藤黄提取液敏感;藤黄提取液在3种中草药中具有最强的抑菌能力,3种中草药提取液混合后能显著增强抑菌效果。结论 3种中草药提取液均有明显抑菌作用,为进一步临床应用提供理论基础。
Objective To discuss the in vitro antibacterial effect of extract from Folium hibisci Mutabilis, Viola yedoensis Makino, Garcina hanburyi Hook.F.G and the mixed extract of 3 Chinese medicines. Methods Three herbal extracts were prepared with the agar disc diffusion method for the qualitative detection of antibacterial activity on Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Hemolytic streptococcus. The 2-fold dilution method was then used for the quantitative detection of its minimum inhibitory concentration. Results The 3 herbal extracts were all antimicrobial against Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Hemolytic streptococcus. Staphylococcus aureus was sentitive to Folium hibisci Mutabilis extract and Garcina hanburyi Hook.F.G extract; Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Hemolytic streptococcus were sentitive to Garcina hanburyi Hook.F.G extract. Garcina hanburyi Hook.F.G extract had the strongest antibacterial activity among the 3 herbal extracts and the mixed extract of 3 herbal extracts significantly enhanced inhibitory effect. Conclusions The 3 herbal extracts are all antimicrobial and the data is the foundation for further clinical application.
