高效液相色谱法测定复方尿囊素片中的尿囊素含量

HPLC determination of allanation in compound allantoin tablets

目的建立HPLC法测定复方尿囊素片中尿囊素含量。方法色谱柱：Waters C18柱,流动相：甲醇-水（10∶90）;柱温：35℃;检测波长：210 nm;流速：0.5 m L·min^-1。结果尿囊素在12.5-250μg·mL^-1与峰面积线性关系良好（r=0.999 9）。低、中、高平均回收率分别为99.9%（RSD=0.6%）,100.2%（RSD=1.3%）,100.1%（RSD=0.7%）（n=3）。结论该方法简便、灵敏、专属性强,能检测复方尿囊素片中尿囊素的含量。

Objective To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of allanation in compound allantoin tablets. Methods The Waters C18 column was used. The mobile phase was composed of methnol and water（10 ∶ 90）. The flow rate was 0.5 m L·min- 1. The detective wavelength was 210 nm and the column temperature was 35℃. Results The linear of allanation was at 12.5- 250 μg·mL^-1（r = 0.999 9）, the average recovery was 99.9%（RSD= 0.6%）, 100.2%（RSD = 1.3%） and 100.1%（RSD = 0.7）（n = 3%）. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive and accurat, which can be used to determine the content of allanation in compound allanation tablets.
