打造西江黄金水道向东开放龙头城市金融支持问题研究——广西梧州视角

Research on Financial Support on Building the Head City Opening to East along the Xijiang Golden Channel in Wuzhou

2014年7月8日,《珠江——西江经济带发展规划》获国务院批复实施,沿江各市迎来重大发展机遇。梧州市作为广西东大门,地处"三圈一带"交汇节点,拥有广西沿江其他城市不可比拟的区位优势,自治区政府已把梧州市定位为西江黄金水道向东开放龙头城市,而打造流域龙头城市离不开金融支持。本文通过深入分析梧州市的发展机遇及发展基础,探索金融支持打造西江流域龙头城市作用机理,并提出相应政策建议。

As the Zhujiang River-the Xijiang River economic Belt Development Project has been approved by the State Council on July 8,2014, cities along the Xijiang golden channel welcome the significant opportunities for devel- opment. As the east gate of Guangxi and the intersection of the nodes of ＂three circles and one belt＂, Wuzhou has ob- vious locational advantages that other cities do not . Guangxi has identified Wuzhou as the head city opening to east along the Xijiang gold channel. The development of the valley-head needs the financial support. This article explores financial support mechanism for the valley-head city by analyzing the foundation and opportunities of development and the status quo of financial support in Wuzhou deeply, and then puts forward corresponding policy suggestions.
