摘要
为探讨外源物质DA-6对滁菊幼苗氮代谢的影响,采用盆栽试验,研究了DA-6对滁菊幼苗生长及叶片氮代谢的影响。结果表明,与对照相比DA-6处理不仅提高了滁菊幼苗根系活力,增强了对矿质元素的吸收,而且提高了滁菊幼苗叶片硝酸还原酶(NR)、谷氨酰胺合成酶(GS)、谷氨酸合成酶(GOGAT)、谷氨酸脱氢酶(GDH)的活性,从而增加了滁菊幼苗的氮代谢能力,有利于植株体内无机氮向有机氮转化,促进Pro和Phe等氨基酸的合成,植株体内总氨基酸和可溶性蛋白质的含量显著增加。滁菊幼苗氮代谢水平的提高也促进了其生长,表现在株高、茎粗及鲜重显著增加。其中以100mg·L-1DA-6处理效果较好,地上部鲜重和硝酸还原酶活性比对照分别提高了46.9%、25.7%;其次为150mg·L-1DA-6处理。由此可知,适宜浓度的DA-6可提高滁菊幼苗氮代谢水平,促进其生长。本研究结果为滁菊高产栽培提供理论指导。
In order to study the effects of DA-6 on nitrogen metabolism in seedlings of Chuzhou Chrysanthemum,the growth and leaf nitrogen metabolism were investigated from seedlings of Chuzhou Chrysanthemum,those were cultivated in pots. The results showed that,DA-6 treatment not only improved roots activity of Chuzhou Chrysanthemum seedlings,enhanced the absorption of mineral elements; but also improved nitrate reductase(NR),glutamine synthetase(GS),glutamate acid synthase(GOGAT) and glutamate dehydrogenase(GDH) activity of Chuzhou Chrysanthemum seedlings leaves, compared with the control. Thereby, DA-6 treatment increased the nitrogen metabolism of Chuzhou chrysanthemum seedlings,enhanced transformation of inorganic nitrogen to organic nitrogen in vivo,promoted the synthesis of amino acids,such as Pro and Phe,and significantly increased the total amino acids and soluble protein content of the plant. This also contributed to its growth, plant height, thick stems and fresh weight increased significantly. So we concluded that 100mg·L^-1DA-6 treatment is better,and its shoot fresh weight and nitrate reductase activity was increased by 46. 9% and 25. 7%; followed by 150mg·L^-1DA-6 treatment. Therefore,the results showed that the appropriate concentration of DA-6 promote nitrogen metabolism and growth of Chuzhou Chrysanthemum,and the research provides the theoretical guidance for high-yield cultivation.
