“People-oriented Management” Propelling College Ideological and Political Education

大学思想政治教育日益强调"人"与"自我管理",将"人本管理"理念引入思政教育的具体实践中,将有助于建立科学的管理机制、营造和谐的人文氛围以及形成良性沟通。以"人本管理"助推大学思政教育科学化,必须做到动之以情,尊重并激励受教育者的个人发展,同时建构自我管理的教育语境,让教学双方良性互动,全方位地内化教育效果。

＂Individuals＂ and ＂self-management＂ are increasingly emphasized in college ideological and political education. The notion of ＂people-oriented management＂, introduced into the practice of ideo- logical and political education, will be conducive to the establishment of a scientific management sys- tem and a harmonious humane environment. In people-oriented management, individual development must be respected and encouraged and an educational context fit for self management should be con- structed.
