高校研究生助教制度是一项十分重要的教育制度。以湘潭大学为例,从设岗、选拔、培训、考核等方面对地方高校研究生助教工作改革进行探索和尝试,通过制度设计,实现管理的科学化与规范化。

In local universities, it is common to involve postgraduate students as teaching assistants. To maximize its benefits, we must handle it carefully from setting posts, selecting candidates, train- ing and testing. Only scientific and standardized procedures can produce the optimal management.
