美国大学教师评价机制及其启示——以加利福尼亚州立大学富乐敦分校为例 被引量:5

摘要 美国高等教育水平之所以在世界领先,其优秀的教师资源是关键因素,而美国教师资源的优质、优秀,又是与其有一套运行完善的教师评价机制分不开的。美国大学的教师评价机制不仅有较为完善的评价体系,而且考核机制科学且富有特色。对于中国高校来说,美国大学的教师评价机制有着重要的借鉴意义。 American universities owe their high-level education a lot to their top-class faculty whose making in turn owes at least partially to their effective assessment mechanism. It proves to be both complete and scientific and may offer some valuable references to its Chinese counterpart.
