新形势下大学生预备党员再教育的思考

On the Continued Education of Student Probationary Party Members in Colleges

目前,高校对大学生党员的发展工作非常重视,但对新入党党员的后期培养教育却存在不到位的现象,尤其是预备党员还在经受党组织考验的重要时期,往往存在思想不成熟和信念不坚定等问题,针对他们的教育工作尤为重要。强化大学生预备党员再教育,要着力经常化教育,加强预备党员的培训;着力制度化管理,加强预备党员的考核;着力民主化表决,严格预备党员的转正;着力信息化交流,严格预备党员的监督。

Colleges and universities pay much attention to increasing the number of student Party members while insufficient attention has been paid to the continued education of the student proba- tionary Party members. It is maintained that we should emphasize the education and inspection of the probationary Party members by means of regular assessments, group votes and diversified supervisions.
