This paper discusses the application of Chinese lacquer media in traditional interior decora -tion.Its application is manly based on the properties of antisepsis , adhesion, filming and lustrous, the pro-tection of wood components and so on .From the four aspects of lacquer paint , lacquer red paint coating , Carved girder Painting ridgepole , and furniture decoration , this paper elaborates the colour performance of Chinese lacquer media .
