摘要 对某厂原设计420 k A铝电解槽摇篮架进行优化,使用Solidworks软件对摇篮架进行三维建模,在Ansys-workbench平台上进行仿真模拟计算与分析,在对应变、应力、稳定性仿真计算分析的基础上,以摇篮架重量为目标,对摇篮架进行反复优化,优化后的摇篮架不仅可以提高服役时的安全性、节约钢材用量,且便于施工及维修。 The original cradle of the 420 kA Aluminum cell in a factory has been optimized. The three-dimen-sional modeling of the cradle was conducted by using Solidworks software, and simulation caculation and analysis were carried on by the Ansys - workbench platform. On the basis of simulation calculation and analysis of strains, stresses and stability, the cradle was optimized repeatedly with the goal of the cradle weight. The opti-mized cradle can not only improve its security on service, but also save steel consumption. Moreover, it is easy to construct and repair.
