摘要
攀钢东渣场钢渣作为杂填土,通过击实试验、热膨胀系数测试以及钢渣块体的弹性模量等力学参数进行测试,从而获取钢渣杂填土的力学特性。试验结果表明研究区内钢渣热膨胀系数的非均匀性分布导致整个区域在温度载荷作用下产生不均匀膨胀和收缩,从而使得钢渣产生不均匀沉降。此外,不同温度条件下不同钢渣试样的弹性模量、泊松比以及抗压强度差异较大,施工设计过程中必须考虑其对拟建场地建筑物的影响。
Steel slag in Pangang's east slag yard was used as miscellaneous fill. The mechanical property of steel slag miscellaneous fill has been obtained via the compaction test, the test of the thermal expasion coefficient and some mechanical parameters such as elastic modulus of steel slag blocks. The test results showed that due to the heterogeneous distribution of thermal expansion coefficient of steel slag in the research area, uneven expansion and shrikage in the entire area are produced under the effect of temperature load to result in uneven settlement of steel slag. In addition, the differences of the elastic modulus, the poisson's ratio and the compressive strength of different steel slag samples under different temperature conditions are larger, the effects of the above mentioned differences on buildings of the proposed site have to be considered during the construction design.
