普罗布考治疗非增生性糖尿病视网膜病变的效果评价 被引量:3

摘要 目的评价普罗布考治疗非增生性糖尿病视网膜病变的临床效果。方法选取2012年1月-2013年8月非增生性糖尿病视网膜门诊患者68例,按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组及观察组,对照组采用常规药物降糖治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上,采用普罗布考(0.375 g,2次/d)治疗,平均随访(11.58±0.17)个月。比较两组治疗前后的空腹血糖、餐后血糖、糖化血红蛋白,评价两组治疗后糖尿病视网膜病变的进展率及缓解率。结果两组治疗前后空腹血糖、餐后血糖、糖化血红蛋白比较差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。对照组治疗后糖尿病视网膜病变缓解率及进展率分别为4.4%及27.9%,观察组治疗后糖尿病视网膜病变缓解率及进展率分别为26.5%及7.4%,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论普罗布考能提高糖尿病视网膜病变患者的治疗效果。 Objective To evaluate clinical efficacy of probucol in the treatment of non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy. Methods 68 patients with non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy in outpatient department from January 2012 to August 2013 were selected and divided into control group and observation group in accordance with the random number table method.The conventional medicine for hypoglycemic therapy was used in control group,robucol(0.375 g,twice daily)was applied in observation group on the basis of control group.All patients were followed up for(11.58 ±0.17)months.Fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin of two groups before and after therapy were compared.Progress rate and remission rate of diabetic retinopathy in two groups after therapy were evaluated. Results Fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin of two groups before and after therapy was compared respectively,with no statistical difference(P〉0.05).The remission rate and progress rate of diabetic retinopathy in control group after therapy was 4.4% and 27.9% respectively,remission rate and progress rate of diabetic retinopathy in observation group after therapy was 26.5% and 7.4% respectively,with statistical difference(P〈0.05).Conclusion Application of probucol can enhance the clinical efficacy of the patients with diabetic retinopathy.
