针刺加外敷祛风消肿酊治疗四肢骨筋膜间室综合征的效果研究

The effect of acupuncture plusing expelling wind detumescence tincture for external application treating limbs osteofascial compartment syndrome

目的探讨针刺加外敷祛风消肿酊治疗四肢骨筋膜间室综合征的效果。方法采用随机分组方法 ,将符合诊断标准的20例患者分为试验组10例和对照组10例。试验组采用针刺加外敷祛风消肿酊保守疗法治疗,对照组采用手术切开减压疗法治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、消肿时间、总费用以及抗生素使用情况。结果试验组中治愈、好转的比例明显高于对照组,未愈比例低于对照组,两组的治疗效果比较,差异有统计学意义(Z=12.09,P<0.05)。试验组的消肿时间明显短于对照组,总费用明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=9.97,t=16.77,P<0.05)。试验组应用抗生素较少或不用,而对照组则必须使用抗生素,多为联合应用。结论针刺加外敷祛风消肿酊治疗骨筋膜间室综合征的效果明显,能缩短患者的消肿时间,减少抗生素用量,降低患者的医疗费用。

Objective To discuss the effect of acupuncture plusing expelling wind detumescence tincture for external application treating limbs osteofascial compartment syndrome. Methods 20 patients fitting the diagnosis standard were divided into the experimental group（n=10） and control group（n=10） according to the random grouping method.The experimental group was given the conservative therapy of acupuncture plusing expelling wind detumescence tincture,the control group was given the therapy of surgical incision decompression.The treatment effect,swelling time,total cost and the usage of antibiotics of the two groups were compared. Results The cured and better proportion in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the uncured proportion in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and there was a statistical difference of the treatment effect of the two groups（Z=12.09,P〈0.05）.The swelling time in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,the total cost in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and there was a statistical difference of the two groups（t=9.97,t=16.77,P〈0.05）. The experimental group for the application of antibiotic was little or no,while the control must use the antibiotics,and more for the joint application. Conclusion The effect of acupuncture plusing expelling wind detumescence tincture for external application treating limbs osteofascial compartment syndrome is obvious,and it can shorten the swelling time of patients,reduce the dosage of antibiotics, reduce the medical cost of patients.
