循证医学原理在药房管理中的应用价值研究

Application value study on principle of evidence-based medicine in phar-macy management

目的探讨分析循证医学原理在药房管理中的应用价值。方法 2012年6月-2013年6月选择本地区两家社区药房作为研究对象,分别为药房A和药房B,药房A采用循证医学原理进行经营管理,药房B采用常规的管理方法进行管理。比较一年后,两家药房的平均月客流量增长率和患者满意度。结果药房A的平均月客流量增长率为25.6%,高于药房B的-11.1%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两家药房的患者满意度比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论采用循证医学原理进行药房管理,可大大提高药房的管理效率,提高药房的客流量和患者满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate and analyze the application value on principle of evidence-based medicine in pharmacy management. Methods Two community pharmacies（pharmacy A and pharmacy B）in our city from June 2012 to June 2013 were selected as research subjects.Evidence-based medicine for the management was used in pharmacy A,the conventional method for management was applied in pharmacy B.After one year,the average monthly passenger traffic growth rate and satisfaction rate of patient in two community pharmacies were compared. Results The average monthly passenger traffic growth rate in pharmacy A was 25.6%,higher than that in pharmacy B（-11.1%）,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Satisfaction rate of patient in two community pharmacies was compared,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application on principle of evidence-based medicine in phamacy management can greatly improve the efficiency of pharmacy management,improve pharmacy traffic and satisfaction rate of patient,it is worthy of promotion and application.
