夏热冬冷地区典型城市的不同供暖方式综合评价 被引量:8

Comprehensive Evaluation of Different Heating Modes on the Typical Cities in Hot Summer and Cold Winter Zone

摘要 通过对夏热冬冷地区典型城市的供暖方式进行为期1个月的调研,确定出该地区住宅建筑使用数量最多的4种供暖方式。并以某一拟建住宅小区为案例,选取经济因素、能耗因素和环境因素作为评价标准,使用模糊综合评判的方法对4种供暖方式进行综合评价,在"人在供暖,人不在不供暖"的条件下计算出的热负荷前提下,成都市、武汉市和合肥市3个典型城市的4种供暖方式的综合优度由大到小依次为:热电联产、水源热系泵系统、普通分体空调、天然气壁挂炉;南昌市的4种供暖方式的综合优度排名是热电联产、水资源热泵系统、天然气壁挂炉、普通分体空调。 By taken one month to investigate the heating modes on the typical cities in hot summer and cold winter zone,the four heating modes used mostly in residential buildings of the zone have been determined.Taking a simulative residential building as the case and choosing economy,energy consumption,and environment as evaluation criterion,the comprehensive evaluation of these four heating modes is made by using the way of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.When the heating load is calculated on the condition that only when people exist is there heating load,the integrated goodness of four heating modes in Chengdu,Wuhan and Hefei cities is ranked:combined heat and power (CHP) > water source heat pump (WSHP) > ordinary fission air condition (OFAC) > wall-mounted gas water heater (WMGWH).In Nanchang city,the ranking result is CHP > WSHP > WMGWH > OFAC.
