海泡石调湿涂料配制及调湿性能试验研究

Experimental Research on Sepiolite Humidity-controlling Coating 's Preparation and Humidity Performance

海泡石调湿涂料是以海泡石作为调湿功能性材料的调湿涂料。本文参考已有海泡石调湿涂料配方,在现成普通涂料的基础上通过试验配制成较为理想的成品海泡石调湿涂料,并对涂装这种调湿涂料的样板房间与普通涂料房间进行了相对湿度的对比测试,并对此种成品调湿涂料的实际吸湿性能进行了分析评价。

Sepiolite humidity-controlling coating is a coating with sepiolite as the humidity-controlling function material.In this article,we reference the existing formula,and on the basis of the existing ordinary coatings,configuring an ideal end product of sepiolite humidity-controlling coating via experiments.The relative humidity comparison tests were carried out in the rooms which are painted by sepiolite humidity-controlling coating and ordinary coating material.After analyzing the result,the actual hydroscopic property of this humidity-controlling coating is evaluated.
