摘要
通过分析影响平板集热器集热效率和热损失的因素,对其结构和参数进行优化,设计出1种管板一体化吸热板的平板集热器,同时在透明面盖上增加增透膜并优化吸热板和面盖之间的距离。通过理论计算和试验的方法研究其集热性能,优化后的平板集热器截距效率相较普通平板集热器提高了7%,而热损系数减少了4.1%;热效率因子理论相对优化率为5.2%,实验相对优化率为4.2%;热迁移因子理论相对优化率为4.4%,实验相对优化率为4.8%。
The structure and parameters of flat-plate collector (FPC) were optimized by analyzing the factors influencing the heat efficiency and heat loss.A integral structure of tube and sheet was designed to improve the performance of FPC.Compared with the traditional FPC,the optimized one gains an increase by 7% of intercept efficiency and a decrease by 4.1% of heat loss coefficient.The relative rate of theoretical and experimental optimization for heat efficiency factor is 5.2% and 4.2%,respectively.The relative rate of theoretical and experimental optimization for heat removal factor is 4.4% and 4.8%,respectively.
