摘要
介绍了一种基于Microsoft.NET Framework、Portal、B/S结构等技术的成本管理系统,该系统是在基本运维成本管控模型的基础上进行开发的,系统设计采用集中部署、分布使用的整体框架,以多维度数据模型为基础,电子化流程平台为手段,通过全面预算管理的模式对成本的数据进行管理、挖掘和分析,并以分析结果评估实施效果,实现对成本的管控。
It introduces a cost management system based on the technology of Microsoft .NET Framework, Portal, B/S structure and so on. The system is developed on the basic operational cost control model. The system designed by the entire frames of centrally-deployed and distributed usage, based on the multidimensional data model and electronically process platform. The system manages, mines and analyzes the cost data in the total budget management mode, uses the analysis results to implemented the effect assessment, achieve the goal of cost control.
