高职高专院校大学生择业观念现状浅析——以商丘医学高等专科学校为例

Research on the Concept of Higher Vocational College Students Employment——Taking Shangqiu Medical College as an Example

以商丘医学高等专科学校为例,采取实证研究,收集第一手资料,在查阅相关文献的基础上,根据高职高专院校的培养目标和高职高专院校大学生的特点,阐述高职高专院校大学生择业观念的现状,着重分析高职高专院校大学生择业对策。

A lot of problems have arisen in the process of college students＇ job searching. The increasing numbers of students in Higher Vocational Colleges make this issue more outstanding. Establishing the scientific concept of career has become one of the key points to solve the employment problem. Taking Shangqiu medical college as an example, which was completed from empirical research and first-hand data, using the method of literature, analyses the current situation and existing problems. In addition, the paper will find study strategy, with expectations to strengthen education on career choosing, improve general quality of college students, raise employment rate, increase employment service quality and efficiency.
