粮食生产组织化程度的提高:市场内生与政府引导——基于安徽调研实例的分析 被引量:7

摘要 粮食生产组织化程度的提高,有利于减少粮食生产的平均成本,有利于粮食稳产增产,从而有利于提高种粮的土地产出率。粮食生产组织化程度与规模化种植有关,但二者又非等同。粮食生产组织化程度的提高,与粮食生产社会化服务体系的构建息息相关。通过社会化服务体系,将各自独立的经营主体组织起来,是市场内生的驱动,是基于经济利益的追求而萌生的,也是组织起来的经营主体之间互惠互利的结果。政府对粮食生产组织化程度的提高,也可以发挥引导作用。粮食生产领域构建市场与政府的新关系,关键在于政府能否科学认知与正确行事。 Enhanced degree of organization-based food production can help reduce the average cost of food production and realize yield stabilization and increase.Thus rate of yield of the land can be enhanced.The degree of organization-based food production is related to large-scale plantation.But they are not equivalent.Enhanced degree of organization-based food production is closely related to construction of the socialized service system of food production.Driven by the endogenous forces of the market,the socialized service system can organize independent operators together.This is generated in the process of pursuing economic benefits and is the result of mutual benefits among the operators organized by the system.Moreover,the government can play a guiding role in enhancing the degree of organization-based food production.The key to the new relation between the market and the government in the food production field is whether the government can gain scientific cognition and do the right things.
